Centurion Payroll Services

Our Process

Your workforce are your greatest asset as a business and we want to be there to ensure their payments are always paid accurately, on time, every time!

Every agency we work with has their own preferred way of working and we will accommodate any timescale that works for your business – we work around you and do not dictate deadlines. Our only focus is reliable outsourced payroll to ensure subcontractors are always paid on time. Accordingly, our CIS payroll company runs multiple payrolls every day of the week, so no matter when your invoice or payment is received by us, we will get your workers processed immediately.

The Typical Process Is:

  • An agency will send us a schedule of payments due, typically detailing the worker’s name, hours or days worked, hourly or daily rate.
  • By return we will then issue an invoice for these payments. This invoice will include VAT.
  • We will text every worker on the payment schedule advising them of the hours that have been approved by the agency and also advising them when payment can be expected
  • Upon receipt of payment from the agency, we will then immediately process payments. All payments are always made by “faster payment” so that they will clear in the worker’s account almost immediately
  • At the same time payment is made, the worker receives a second text message confirming the net amount paid. A pay advice is also emailed at the same time so that the worker has a full record of payments and deductions. This pay advice is password protected to ensure total confidentiality.
